Due to many major life changes, including a shift in my career, a successful journey to return to school, and an amazing new internship opportunity, I've let my blogging get behind... by a long shot.
The good news is, I'M BACK! This time, I'm determined to post at least a few times per week, recording my success in improving my health. Believe it or now, I actually have been making progress, and have slimmed down by a full clothing size and started working out 2-3 times per week! Today, I did yoga in my backyard for forty-five minutes, and am about to enjoy a lovely snack of boiled eggs with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder. :-)
